mtr station common space dirty carpet dirt marks
the location was relatively near the mtr station and quite near to the ferry terminal. i also love the common space. the water dispensers with different temperature options are very useful.
the cleanliness on the hallways was really poor i noticed. the carpet in the hallways is heavily marked and dirty. this made entering uncomfortable. the bedsheets and pillows had dirt marks.

Compact Room, Great Perks
small room free drinks water filter friendly staff
My room was small but functional. The free drinks and snacks in the lobby was a real bonus for me. I used the provided water filter on my floor daily. Staff was friendly when i needed them.
The room pictures did not always show the actual setup of all the room types.

The hotel features a lounge with a terrace. I saw people enjoyed tea and coffee there. Each floor had a water server. This offered both hot and cold options. This arrangement encouraged refilling your own bottle.

The hotel is near bus stops, this made travel simple. I walked a few blocks to reach various restaurants, shops and bars. The ferry terminals are easily reachable, that help for visits to other islands.

Happy hour occurred each day from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. During happy hour, i had wine and spirits. Beer and soft drinks was available at all times free of charge. The bar setup was simple but helpful.

the premium suite was spacious. i appreciated free beer and soft drinks all day EVERY day. happy hour provided free mixed drinks and wine.
the gym was small though well equipped.

spacious room stylish decor rainfall shower slow elevator thin wall worn carpet
the rooms were spacious with stylish decor. i especially liked the rainfall shower in the bathroom. the common area offered complimentary beverages in the afternoon , a good touch.
the elevator service was slow at times , especially during peak hours. the walls seemed thin , i could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms. i noticed some wear and tear on the hallway carpets.
